Cooldown timer went from 5 minutes to 12 hours

I played Merge Academy with no issues this morning. When I returned, the countdown timer for my level 6 Majestic Cauldron has a 12 hour cooldown. Is anyone else having issues? Is there any resolution? I reported the bug to support.
