Gems doing that thing where they disappear before I spend them

I was out of gems, I bought the $19.99 pack. Honestly, I didn't even look to see if I had the correct amount, I just went to buy some packs of Mad Scientist challenges. Bought the 1st pack....easy easy lemon squeeze. Tried to buy the 2nd pack and it told me there was a problem. The problem was I only had 4 gems.  If somebody finds the sneaky so and so that snatched my gems, please hold them so I can come in and smack them around
