Hey there, @rlynn426.
When you access the Gifts page, what happens when you click on the gift?
Also, to help track a few things down, can you share your system information results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool?

What is Pogo doing?-now I can't open gifts. It seems the only thing that works is buying gems! It's been a good run but the "fun" factor is leaving Pogo-shame.
I'm not getting any help with my problem. I was sent 4 gifts from pogo. I can't see what the gifts are and because of this I can't play any pogo games at all. I never had this problem before.I hope someone out there can please help me. Thank you.

What happens when you try to access the Gifts? Are you able to get to the Gift page and it won't let you open it from there?

two issues the gifts page won't load and if it does you cannot see or accept them It continues to show 3 gifts from the anniversary but cannot access them may have to drop my club membership since so many things no longer work ....
Wow should have come here days ago. I tried one more time when I left here and it finally worked!!
