Have to add Sign In info two times....

Hello,  Why do I have to add my Sign In info two times before I can get in pogo to play?  This has started about a month now, so annoying!!!  Please look into that Bug I am reporting!

    Update, the Signing In twice that occurs, I just found out yesterday that it only happens on my Laptop.  When I play on my desktop I found out last evening that I Sing In the first time I click the button.  So, just disregard this post because it seems that if I use two machine it makes a difference in Sign In.

    @Gamerinmg Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this, to confirm when you try to sign in to Pogo for the first time are you manually entering in your email and password, or is it saved by your web browser?

    I have the Robo Form Password program, and, this is what I have been using for decades.  I do not type my username nor my password to sign in!

    @Gamerinmg I would recommend possibly re-saving it into your program in case it has an additional character or space saved. When it works on the second try do you type it in or run the program again?

    When I try for the second time I still use Robo Form and then I am signed in.

    I decided to send you a Print Screen Shot as an Attachment, of the page that comes up after I Sign In the first, this is the page that comes up after I add the info and click the Sign/Log in button.

    @Gamerinmg,  I'm not an EA employee.  I can understand why this problem is annoying to you.  I have a suggestion that I would try if this error was occurring to me when I try to log in. It may or may not help. If you use only one browser, try using another to see if you there is any difference. Google Chrome is a good alternative browser which can be downloaded from the Google website.

    cant get into most of the games, and pogo makes me sign in every time i come on , what is up with that?

    @barbjean439 Are you being required to sign in whenever you open a new game to play (during the same play session) or are you asked to sign back in once you come back to the pogo website (such as the next day, so on...)?
