How can I collect red gems in Bejeweled Stars Level 381?

How can I collect red gems in Bejeweled Stars Level 381? I need to collect 60 and only one randomly appears?

Has anyone been able to explain the glitch on Level 381 Bejeweles Stars about the missing red gems?  Please respond if so.
