How can I collect red gems in Bejeweled Stars Level 381? I need to collect 60 and only one randomly appears?

Bejeweled Stars: How do I collect Red Gems on level 1259? I am supposed to detonate 30 but none show up! Have played multiple times, destroyed all blocks and no Red Gems appear so cannot complete the level without Red Gems!
I am having the same problem with level 1927 I’ve been playing the same level for 2 weeks and the most red gems I’ve managed to destroy is 2, I wish someone could help us..surely someone has already completed this level but I don’t know how..PLEASE HELP US
