I can not get Pogo to load on my PC. It only appears on a "incognito tab"

I had the POGO app on my PC for almost 2 years without issue. About 3 weeks ago I hit the refresh button and the screen went black and Pogo will not load in Chrome, Edge or the app. The new Chrome "incognito" window is the only place I can access Pogo. What happened and how do I fix this?

    Hello! Have you tried in reinstall the Pogo App? Log out of Pogo and try to Uninstall and then Reinstall the Pogo app on your PC.
