I have been winning blind bids but they are not counting in my quest
Is there a problem with SpadesHD? My blinds bids are not counting on my quest to win 20 blind bids. I paid for the quest but it isn't counting my blind bids.

I had the exact same problem. There is a problem with instructions for earning badges, it is normally half explained.
So not only do you have to win a blind bid, but the other team cannot win the round. Therefore, you must win the round and the blind bid, the other team cannot meet their bid, if they do your accomplished blind bid does not count towards the badge.
