EA Staff (Retired)Hello Pogo Players, for those that have tried the troubleshooting steps that I provided above and are still getting a black screen, can you provide the following information:
- What type of device are you on? (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, etc.)
- What's your Mac OS version?
- A screenshot of your Mac specs.
MacBook Air, Safari. I cleared the cache and history and it still goes to a blank page.
