Monopoly Soduko not loading. Just a black screen. Only game that's doing that.

same with me now its the game of the month are you kidding me pogo , now we wont be able to complete these
- @grave673 I get a black screen when trying to load Sudoku Monopoly and Cookie connect. The game sale comes up on a black screen, I am using a Mac Safari.

Chrome and there is nothing I can do, What the frack am i paying EA for? It seems that you * are all really into yourselves. How is it that EA never solves our problems, but keeps taking our money. - @AbC9370a3718434 I agree, problem shows being reported in July and it's now December & Monopoly Sudoku is one of the games of the month. Why would EA do this with a known issue?
Using Edge, just black screen on load up.
i'm using Widows 11 with Edge browser. Black screen only all day
