Monopoly Sudoku doesn't award the game play winnings. I won about $20MM from a game and it didn't register. Got a message that said there was a problem. So I tried again and won $10MM and it still didn't award the money.
Can those winnings be awarded to me? I used paid power-ups to earn them, which are now gone.

Several times a day, I am encountering the following message "Error --separator line-- An unknown error has occurred, please try again." and money that I earned from a game of sudoku, offline rent collections, or rent when I click the Collection bag on the property card is being lost, i.e., it is not being added to my current money total.
Losing 200,000+ rent amounts and 1-2M+ sudoku game earnings is getting really frustrating.
It is not a problem with computer resources on my end, as Monopoly Sudoku is very CPU, GPU and Memory intensive.
I am using a 7 month old Windows 10 Pro PC with 32 GB of RAM, an 8GB top of the line GPU, the fastest speed available at the time of purchase hex core (12 logical processors) CPU and a 1TB Solid State Drive. I am also using a wired connection to my Gigabit Internet service, and Google Chrome is up-to-date.

I am having the same issue. 2 back to back games won over 1.2 mil and received the error and it showed my winnings added to my total but when I left the game and came back they were all gone again, but yet my daily goal keeps climbing??

July 26th Update:
1. Added final red hotel on the dark blue card's property. The upgrade took place overnight, so I did not lose my other offline rent amounts.
2. But, 4 hours later, I lost all of my offline rent amounts due to an Error Message associated with the dark blue's property.
3. I got an Error Message associated with the orange card's property and lost its rent amount.
4. I got an Error Message associated with the yellow card's property and lost its rent amount.
5. I earned my first over 5M game winnings, and I got an Error message. The amount was added to the Daily Target but not to the overall amount.
At this rate, I may reach today's Daily Target, but it will take another 2 days to have enough overall money to upgrade one of the final three properties awaiting blue hotels.
I like Monopoly Sudoku, but the Error Messages are incredibly frustrating!!!

Hiya,
I stopped receiving the "unknown error" message when I put the eighth (blue) property in build mode and left it there days ago.
Yesterday, I "accepted" the upgrade of the eighth building, immediately upgraded it so I would not lose any money and played a game of Sudoku. Upon finishing the Sudoku, I received an error message and the money earned (roughly 2 million) was added to my daily goal, but not to my actual winnings. Since then, I have neither received the error message again nor have I touched the eighth building; the upgrade is done but I have not accepted it.
It seems that simply opening up the build slot on the eighth property provokes the error message, even if it does not get enough time to pay out earnings.

This is the exact same problem I am having and for me it seemed linked to using the Double Earnings at the end of a sudoku round. My game ends, flashes to the Challenge page, and then comes back to the buildings with an Error message and no payment for the previous game and I used a lot of gems for those double up cards. When I quit using the double up cards, my game seems to run ok again. For now.

This has been happening to me for days.... I lost 6 million first thing this morning. But for me it ha as nothing to do with the double button. I've tried all different ways and it just keeps happening. Very frustrating.

Every time I come back to Sudoku Monopoly and Boardwalk has rent that can be collected, I get an error message. Not only this, if it has been several hours I lose all the rent collected on the other properties. It happens every single time.

Me too. Just lost 10 million and finished my 1st expert level and used paid power ups to get it done!

Me too!! I have lost millions. It happens whenever hitting "Collect". I have wasted so many power ups that I have purchased, I love the game especially since Mahjong Sanctuary goes months with nothing new as well as Phylinx no update for years.

Hi. I have the same challenge. I have lost about 40 million in earned Monopoly income as I play the Expert Level and use Power Ups to augment the winnings.
I would like to know if Pogo will honor the lost Monopoly income and the gems I used to purchase the Power Ups.
As a 17-year member, I am giving you the chance to provide feedback to the multitude of complaints.
Otherwise I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal counsel to what appears to be a lackadaisical response to said complaints.
Exemplary customer service should be the priority during these times as your site has helped many of us by alleviating stress.
You, as a company, should not be adding to that stress by the inability to fix a tech challenge in a respectable amount of time or at least advising your members on how they will be compensated for this inconvenience.
It would be wise for upper management to take this seriously.

Monopoly Sudoku has not been awarding Cash for property all weekend and is still continuing to not award. When are your people going to fix this issue. It appears that no one is checking this issue as there are several complaints concerning the same. I have been a member of Pogo for 20 + years and about tired of fooling with it.

I've had the sme problem we should be refunded for all the powerups we purchased.
