I have the same problem & it seems to be doing it more often, just lost another huge rent collection. This just started for me yesterday, and nothing changed on my end.
This has been happening to me for days. Losing several $m a day to lost rent errors. Fix or flush, but this is garbage.
I have 3 accounts on pogo and I have no problem with any of the other accounts I have spent about fifteen hundred dollars on pogo for gems and badges, my pogo is important to me I am a handicap so I spend a lot of time on pogo but I am needing help with this game on my account it will not let me collect the money for hotels, I have asked for help for several days and I still have this problem so I am really tired of this I would hate to give up my accounts with pogo, I have found a couple of other websites with games to play but like I said I have invested a lot of time and money on pogo and so I would hate lose what I have already invested so I am going to give this another shot and beg again for help, I have my accounts set up for automatic pay and I would hate to change it and lose but I also do not want to continue investing in this if I cannot get help with this problem so PLEASE HELP, are at least let me know when or if this game will or can be fixed
Building #8 is the problem. Keep it UNDER CONSTRUCTION !! DO NOT click on the white check mark in the green circle. You won't have a problem after that. I don't know yet what happens when that's the last building to upgrade - haven't got that far yet. Hope this helps you for now.
I've got the same issue, property number eight triggers an error that means I don't get awarded the rent the property earns.
Cannot click on the money bag when it's due nor collect offline rent when this property is "due".
The one strange thing: First thing in the morning I can collect the rent, but not later in the day. Would be nice if this error was fixed as it seems this has been going on quite a long time.
Now occurring all the time. Will quit playing game until it is fixed. No point
Same thing is occurring to me. The inability to collect rent just started two days ago. Please fix. It is becoming quite frustrating playing games that have errors. Thanks.
