I lost 40M plus today the same way...error message, then money disappears on shutdown
When you go away from the game for a while and then come back a "Welcome Back" window block identifying the rent accumulated while you were gone. There are two buttons. One is the "collect" button. DO NOT click on it. There is also an "x" button to close the "Welcome Back" window. Try clicking on the "X" button and see if you get different results.
Monopoly Sudoko - error message and millions of money disappears.
Monopoly Sudoku Again not only losing money but I spent to get a second draw AND spent to double what I earned and got the usual....unknown error. Give us our pogis back AND our monopoly money. Currently I have 700 million and the airport has said coming soon and all my other properties were finished two weeks ago. Not playing this any more until you tell us it is fixed.
Here I am again, posting about Monopoly sudoku and here we are having a monthly challenge for the game?
I just finished an expert mode game, I won over 700kMM. My balance was over 3.7MM and I had a green upgrade arrow available for one of my properties.
I click on the green arrow to upgrade, it cost 3.6MM. ERROR, insufficient funds, keep playing sudoku. But, I have 3.7MM? I have the green arrow? I refresh the page.
I lost all the MM I won in that last round.
WHAT is GOING on?!
Why is Sudoku a monthly challenge when there are so many bugs with this game? Why was this game not properly QA'd? You have paying customers here. Please fix the game, have your programmers play the game, have them find the bugs, issues, problems (QA) and when it check marks EVERYTHING on the list, then you add it to the list of games that are available to the customers.
And I'm not using QA as Questions and Answers, I mean QUALITY ASSURANCE.
NIDNALB Thank you so much. Your suggestion worked for me. I went to the Collect box, hovered over the X, and with my eyes closed and holding breath, I clicked on the X.. I opened my eyes and saw my rent money flying into my total. You are much more helpful than the "techs" working here.
