Same problem as we previously had and then it was fixed. And now it is giving the error flash and no credit for sudoku puzzle completion, etc., again for 3 days now. And using up the cards I bought with Gems. So I stopped using the cards and still get error flash after the puzzle is completed.
i want to know if we are going to get all crystal back we wasted on this game as we dont collect the money , im sure im getting more errors now
This is getting real old real fast!!! Got enough money to do a hotel level improvement (enough money to me is the amount to do the improvement plus 10 million). Bought the improvement and then went back to the main page. Came back into the game 2 and a half hours later only to have lost 8 million in funds!!! I'm so done with this game dropping the money we have worked to earn!!! I bet I have lost every bit of 50 Million in funds, since I started playing this game. And I'm using gems to buy powerups, so basically it is taking my real money too!! It would be different if we would hear something positive from POGO about the fix, about what they are going to do to compensate the players for all the funds we have lost, but it's like radio silence. So, I'm going to cut my losses and wait until I get some notification that the game has been fixed.
I'm having the same issues! Sadly, I've purchased gems also and it's taking all of our money when this happens! This appears to be DECEPTIVE practices that we're all dealing with! If they cannot resolve this and reimbursement members impacted, they're going to have a class action lawsuit on their hands.
