Is Anyone else not getting credit toward Word Search Ranks?

Is anyone else not getting rank credit when playing Word Search.  It has been over 3 years and I have notified the owners of POGO multiple times without ever receiving a response, explanation or solution.

    Hello! To the best of my knowledge, I have not observed any discrepancies regarding Word Search Ranks at this moment.

    There is a dedicated forum for this game where knowledgeable players and moderators can provide you with hints and advice regarding this game.

    Hello! To play the bonus game in Word Search Daily, we are required to hide to word list at the beginning of the puzzle.

    Me either!  I am gettng fed up with pogo as no x=credit an they want you to buy gems
