Is EA/Pogo having major problems?
The past few days I've had trouble completing Garden Blast levels because the game became unresponsive to mouse clicks. I have also had trouble even signing into Pogo and EA. My sign-on information with Pogo seems to disappear, regularly, requiring me to re-sign in even though my info is supposed to have been saved. Now, in order to get this question sent ans posted here, I had the same problem with EA. It took a very long time to load and when it did I had to enter my sign-in information more than once to get a response.
None of the other websites I customarily visit, from this computer, are likewise affected. I have to assume that something at your end of the connection is causing the problem.

- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...
