Poppit Party - Costumes Still Locked Although Member

Hi -

I recently upgraded to Club Pogo, but the Exclusive costumes are still locked. I've refreshed and rebooted, but still no results. Thank you.

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    If you continue seeing costumes locked, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

    I am also having this issue and have tried all of the above steps.  Nothing works.  Please help

  • I am also having the same issue.  I am using a PC, on Edge, and the message I get is that you have to be a club member to receive special costumes.  I have been a club member for several years so why am I receiving this message?
