I have been unable to play Jet Set Solitaire for over five months. The adviser on Pogo Chat suggested I come here for help. The game does not fully load. I get to the screen where you see the jet and play button. Usually when you press "play," the jet will take off and the cards load. However, nothing happens. I have been missed out on many badges and pogis. I know it isn't any of my devices since I can play under my mom's account and friends of mine and the Pogo advisers were unable to get it to fully load under my account. Pogo even marked my case "no fix available." Any suggestions? Thanks.

I also have the same problem the last several months with jetset. i have had 5 different advisors, who all ask for the same info i had already provided and no one seems to understand the problem. maybe they are robots and not real people. missed out on several badges and now can't get the christmas badge.

And the idiots continue to use Jet Set in challenges GRRRR!!! Now it's one of the new marathon badges, so once again we will not be able to finish the marathon. I am beginning to hate POGO. Please go to "Contact Us" and use the "report a bug" option as often as you can so we can bombard them and maybe get a resolution one of these days.

I've contacted them so many times that they won't respond to me anymore. And, I agree, they are idiots. The fact is they don't have a clue as to how to fix the problem nor do they care.

I just started having this problem in the past week or two. I logged out and tried to play it without being logged in. I can play it if I'm not logged in, but once I login, the game doesn't load after I hit the play button. Has there been ANY progress on this? I hate to lose my badge for completing everything but one game, only because the game isn't working.
