I am having the exact problem too except I play on a Mac. I can not advance to the game screen. I can play any other game except JetSet. It started mid October. I requested help from EA.com 6 times and 5 times I was told to clear cache, make sure there's enough memory, using a compatible browers...yada, yada , yada..... I sent screen shots of my progress and a video . I'm hoping it gets resolved
