Solitaire Home Story

I brought a year membership so I can play the solitaire home story with all the perks and now I can't even access the the continue the story it's stuck. Can't sue daily chores, advance the story even vies the daily tasks. the screen is frozen and I have to leave the game just to be able to play it with limited benefits. Not to mention EA says you get a year membership you get 100 gems I got 74. total rip off since getting any help from EA is hard to find or even able access. Any tips would be awesome.

    Hello! Sorry for the confusion and trouble with Home Solitaire freezing on your device. Would you mind sharing what device and browser you are using and if you are seeing an error message?

    I have played and won several games and recieved no credit for winning. I had 15 min. Power ups that were wasted and used other power ups as well. No advancement and no credit for wins.
