Jet Set Solitaire

Hello! I believe you have to have a certain number of stars across levels to advance to the next tour. Alternately, if the issue is that you are not able to scroll down to see the other suitcases, click in the blue area in between cases and drag in an upward motion. This should allow you to scroll down, although I believe the cases should be locked for you at this point.

That's not my problem. I play and play and I can't move to the next suit case. Is there something else you can do ??

I love Jet Set Solitaire and have been playing for a few years. Everytime I ask EA questions about the game nothing happens.

Use to be you could access lots of suit cases. Those from the past that maybe some are finished or not. The past couple of years has just been really frustrating with POGO with this game. They don't respond:( Really bad Customer Service!!!

I've played Jet Set Solitaire forever it seems. Have never been able to get 3 stars at each level but at least it let me move on until I got to the Mountain & Sea Tour. I've been stuck at 20 of 21 stars for over a year. When there are challenges, I just go back and play levels I know I can win. Getting rather boring.
Loved the olden days when you could call up Seattle and actually speak to someone (2000, I think).

Is Jet Set Solitaire done?

I have been playing Jet Set Solitaire for a very long time also. Love the game. POGO has changed this game and maybe they do not support it anymore. Several years ago I did receive a reply but nothing happened. 

Use to be able to access history too. Not for several years. I don't know what is going on. I love this game and there has not been a new suitcase for several months now. 

We pay good money. I always buy a certain amount of gems every two to three months. It's like they don't really care. Well, obviously they don't. I don't even message them anymore:(
