Hello, I was wondering if there could be a "button" added to the Marketplace BEFORE a purchase is made using the coins or gems? Sadly, and stressfully I have lost coins and gems because during play and you run out of energy it jumps to the Marketplace and if you accidently click, because you are in click mode, if you click on a Marketplace item by accident you lose the coins or gems. There is no button asking "are you sure you want to use these coins or gems" OR no way to back out of purchase. It would be a wonderful kindness. I know I cannot be the only person this has happened to. Lots of other games out there offer this. Thanks So Much for your consideration. This is not isolated to one game. Every game I have tried today has had the same problem. Screenshots included. The ads appear to be breaking their frames. They are appearing over the top of the games and interfering with gameplay. Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45
A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two. An image grab of the error is attached. Is this a known issue?
