Lucky Cat Bingo
While playing this game, a box will pop up wanting you to spend 35 gems to get an extra number because you have a card or cards 1 number away from a bingo. When you click on the SKIP button, it closes out your game. This happens before the last numbers are called and I have missed bingos because of it. How do you disable this or get rid of it? Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Game taking Gems
My username is woodplay. First, trying to contact you in a method that doesn't look like a public forum is like looking for a needle in a haystack, so I guess I will use the public forum. I was playing LuckyCat Bingo (1/ 29/26). At the end ot the game, a cat character appeared on the screen and said something about trying something for free to get one last play, so I said yes. It took 30 Gems. I figured my stupidity, I must have read it wrong. However, I continued playing the game and this stupid cat is continuing to appear. I told it no, because the second time it clearly said 30 Gems. I was playing a 3rd game and I was clicking the mouse on my computer to hit a Bingo at the exact same time the game ended. This time instead of hitting Bingo the goofy cat was there again and this time my mouse was hitting the yes. It should not be that easy for a game to take my Gems. As far as I am concerned, they were stolen and should be replaced. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
