Merge Academy Energy
Merge Academy is not crediting energy I have earned through the March free Fidelis the Pyrenees rewards and the daily check-in rewards. I am missing 90 energy that has not been credited. I think it credited the coins from rewards (10?) but not sure, as I was specifically looking for the energy credits. I know there are other players on the troubleshooting forum who didn't receive their coins and no one from EA has addressed this on the forum post. I play on PC using Firefox (latest version, whatever that number is). Thank you for fixing the issue.PLEASE HELP! Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Thank you for any help you can give

Hello, I was wondering if there could be a "button" added to the Marketplace BEFORE a purchase is made using the coins or gems? Sadly, and stressfully I have lost coins and gems because during play and you run out of energy it jumps to the Marketplace and if you accidently click, because you are in click mode, if you click on a Marketplace item by accident you lose the coins or gems. There is no button asking "are you sure you want to use these coins or gems" OR no way to back out of purchase. It would be a wonderful kindness. I know I cannot be the only person this has happened to. Lots of other games out there offer this. Thanks So Much for your consideration. Probably could apply to your entire site, especially concerning Gems. Been a member for decades, Love Pogo!
