Jewel Academy will not completely load on any browser on my IPad. My iOS is updated, all browsers updated and caches cleared and iPad restarted before trying to play game again. Still not loading after hitting play and ok on sale pop up. This has kept me from getting two badges in this game this week, and therefore causing me to lose the pogis I would have won.
I have tried to get into the game everyday from Wednesday until now....just tried each browser 3 times again after clearing history and cache and rebooting iPad. Tried on Safari, Firefox, Edge and Chrome. Less than 2 hours left, guess I am not going to get the 2 badges, one a weekly and one a personal. Will lose 800 pogis as well. I have checked the forums daily for advice on the issue, but never any solution for this weeks issue with Jewel Academy.
