Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD either won't load or crashes my system.
I am unable to play Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD on any of my platforms. I've tried it on the PC, the laptop, and my Samsung S10. It won't load at all on the PC. If it loads on the laptop, the pieces are difficult to move and the game freezes after a minute or two. On the android phone I can play just fine but after a couple of minutes the screen goes completely black, and I cannot even get back into POGO without rebooting the entire phone.
While there are certainly many issues with a lot of these clunky HD games, none are as bad as this.
I keep the cache clean, etc. etc. etc.
Any suggestions?

Let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves loading for you.
- Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load.
- If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. I know you've already performed some of these steps, but if you're able to run through the full page, that would be super helpful. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.
- If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.
