Jigsaw Treasure Hunter

My screen also goes blank either at start up or if I am lucky I get to move 5 puzzle pieces before it goes blank. I have cleared my cashe more times than I can count. With all the issues people are having I believe it is a game issue altho EA wants us to believe it is our computers. I have tried to play the puzzle on different platforms ( Mozilla,Chrome) with no luck.I am currently playing on Microsoft Edge Windows 10. All the other games work just fine.

    Hi @Kellyi813 Thanks for letting us know what is going on when you play Jigsaw TH, To check have can you try the following if you haven't so far?

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

     If you continue running into issues, would it be possible to get the following information?
