What is wrong with Jungle Gin? It won't load properly. When I click on 'Play Humans' it gets stuck

When my subscription runs out, I will not renew. I don't collect those idiot badges, I play maybe 5 games, with Jungle Gin at the top. If this is not fixed soon, you will see no more money from me. Hi - I'm a little confused. It says Solved at top of page. My Jungle Gin has been experiencing loading issues for the past couple of weeks including today. One of my favorite games so I hope it can be fixed. Thank you.
