I bought badges that included Jungle Gin and have had problems with it in the past. Current badge requires underknock wins. But
when I underknock per instructions, it is not recognized. I paid for this badge and this is irritating at best.
To underknock, your opponent must knock and you must have the same or fewer deadwood points in your hand than they do.
I am having the same problem. After many, many under-knockings I have made it to 6. But I am stuck there. I just played a game where I made at least four under-knocks and did not get credit for any. At this rate I will not get the badge in the allotted time. It's driving me crazy as Jungle Gin is my favorite game!
I'm having the same problem. I've played about 10 games and none of my underknocks are being counted.
Are you sure you're meeting the criteria for the badge?
You will not get credit if you KNOCK first. You need to let the bot/opponent knock and have less deadwood points than the bot/opponent.
Good luck getting technical support. They'll tell you to clear your cache, restart your device, etc..
