Jungle Gin will not accept underknock wins for badge

I bought badges that included Jungle Gin and have had problems with it in the past. Current badge requires underknock wins. But when I underknock per instructions, it is not recognized. I paid for...

I'm having the same problem. I've played about 10 games and none of my underknocks are being counted.

Are you sure you're meeting the criteria for the badge?

You will not get credit if you KNOCK first. You need to let the bot/opponent knock and have less deadwood points than the bot/opponent.

@Moogan1201 That's not the description of an underknock in the rules of the game. Either way whether you knock first and underscore your opponent or they knock first and you have fewer points it still doesn't count toward the badge. We need technical support from POGO.

  Good luck getting technical support. They'll tell you to clear your cache, restart your device, etc..
