A couple of days ago all my progress in Peggle Blast completely disappeared. I had finished all levels several weeks ago and was just trying to earn more stars. When I went on to try and do the Special Event all of my progress was gone. I tried everything - logging in and out, changing Browsers, etc. and no luck. I had to redo up to level 15 to do the event and have since just been playing to try to finish them all again. This is not an easy task!!! I spoke to EA help and they think it might be an "In-game Bug" and said to post here because there is nothing they can do on their end.

@ThisIsNuts4memost likely server issues...regardless of browsers...reset stats failure to do so...ERRORexit the game and close other browser running and clear cache...

If you're also able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? Yes, I am only using one Pogo screen name. I finally gave up on finding a solution and started over. I am up back up to 172 out of the 206 but it would be nice to know why it happened and hopefully it won't happen again. Yes it does. I am now up to 870 stars, etc.

Three times now in the past month, Peggle Blast has reset my progress back to the first level. I got up into the 50's the first time, in the 40's the 2nd and 3rd time.
I like the game but I don't want to start over every few days. Can anyone tell me what is going on or how to fix it?

To get started, if you're able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac? I'll be happy to take a look. With this information, I can also forward it as another example of the previous player's issue.
