Hello! On occasion we need to save our progress, log out of site and clear our browser Cache and Cookies. This can often fix issues with loading and progress not showing up.
Please give this a try and let us know how it goes!
First of all, how do you save your progress if the game keeps taking it away????? I've logged out, and thats when I lose my stars. No matter how many stars I have earned, when I log back in, I only have 1. How do I clear my browser Cache and Cookies please?

Hello! With this particular game progress can be automatically saved once we stop playing one level after another and exit the game. Additionally, by selecting the X button or select the "Give Up" button will automatically save the progress and take you to the home screen of the game.
Clearing your Cache and Cookies is imperative, it is called "tech hygiene". Hello.....It really doesn't matter what I do, my stars disappear when I leave the game. The game will usually leave me one, but it is so frustrating, because some of these levels are hard, and you work to pass them, and then "poof" your progress is gone! Makes me want to just quit playing, and this is my favorite game. I'm using an HP computer, with Firefox......can you help at all?
