Mahjong Sanctuary Ends with 3 tiles none match

I keep getting down to three tiles on Mahjong Sanctuary and the last three tiles never match. 
I've been trying to find a place to report this for a few weeks. The only thing I can find is an old forum post with someone saying they are having the same problem. The post was from 2022. 

I'm on level 105. It's one of the levels that "rains" down new tiles while you're playing. So frustrating not to be able to report a glitch. 

Any thoughts?
