i have same issues with sanctuary.... only happens in firefox Ver. 75.0  works fine in microsoft edge

Your Pogo Compatibility Tool information looks great. There is one part that's not part of that scan that we'll also need to check though. What is your system RAM set to? 

If you are not sure how to check your system RAM, please try the following:

1. Click on the Start icon (or tap the Windows key on your keyboard)
2. Type 'RAM'
3. Select View RAM Info
4. Check the value in Device specifications > Installed RAM

I took a look, and it appears that your RAM is under the minimum specifications for Pogo's HTML5 games. While some HTML5 games will be able to run with only 4 GB of system RAM, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for all of them. We recommend 8 GB of RAM for the optimal experience across all Pogo.com games.

If I have been playing Mahjong Sanctuary with 4 gb ram with no problems why would problems start now? Loads until you press play. Then nothing. I timed it. It still hadn't played in over 3 hours.  Seems to be EA (POGO) problem and not our computers.

There was a recent update to the game that added the Seal to the Arctic Biome. As more content is added, and the game is popular and heavily accessed while the new content is being played by many, it can require more resources than during a slow period on a game with less levels/features.

While 4 GB of RAM is not supported for Pogo, there are some tips you can try to improve behavior in the game. First, try running Pogo as the only browser tab open, without social media or other tabs open. Next, make sure no other programs are running in the background, like music players or video streaming. You can also try rebooting your computer and then opening the browser to only have Pogo in it.

Have tried all that you have suggested. However as I said before, this is a EA/Pogo problem. Fix the * thing now. It is ridiculous that we have to pay for playing your games that you can not even keep running correctly and keep telling us to do this or that. If you add something to your games you should make sure they work for us paying customers. I am really getting tired of all this crap. Probably will not renew when the time comes.
