Mahjong Sanctuary level 1038 is impossible to beat. Developers need to fix the board. The frozen tiles cannot be removed as the tiles do not clear. I have sent a ticket into support and they said they cannot help, I have to post here for the developers to correct the issue. Level 1037 can only be completed by using a lot of jokers and shuffles which depletes the feathers.
I also have the same problem, cannot beat this level even with with feathers. Please help, I love this game. But so far only beating the daily. So disappointed. Developers need to fix this level

I am having this issue with level 975 and it is impossible to pass. It seems like there is a bug in the code that makes random levels impossible to pass.
This also started about a month ago and I have submitted multiple tickets with all being labeled as "Fixed" but it is not.
for my impossible level, it is a rain level and toward the end, it just dumps about 10 tiles. Sometimes I have all matches, but the game does not recognize it or there are 2-4 unmatchable tiles. I have included screenshots for 2 of the multiple games I have played.
