Mahjong Santuary. Where are my winter families?

What happened to all of my winter families? I replaced the reindeer, wolves, and tigers and then stopped. Please replace all of my winter families and return the purple stars for the families I re-added. this is a pogo issue. Thanks, Catherine Russell
