Matching Moments
My game will not launch it just stays on the opening screen and does nothing. This has been going on for over two weeks now, kinda hard to get daily and monthly challenges completed when you can't get into the game. Please help.

My game won't launch either. I've tried 3 computers and an I pad. When I sign out, it will work. But when I log back in, it will not. It just shows reload
Sometimes I am able to launch the game. However, I am still unable to use the special tiles properly. They go off as soon as I click on them so I have been unable to combine any to pass any level since the Christmas theme arrived.
This has been going on for so long it's not funny. I had done what was suggested before (clean cache and cookies, cleaned up TEMP folder etc) and still no progress.
I'm just thankful I'm not a Club Pogo member. I would be fuming if games are so buggy and not working for more than two weeks and no one seems to be have a clear idea what's going on.
