Merge Academy generators still not working and are needed for Spinner Event.
Well, it's been at least 5 months since my Family Gnome House and Bags of Seeds generators quit working. I click on them and absolutely nothing happens. I've tried playing in both Chrome and Edge, have cleared all cookies and temp files, etc. None of the troubleshooting I can do has made any difference. If Pogo isn't going to fix the problem (an I know I'm not the only one with this problem with generators) then Pogo could at least give me the coins needed to buy the items when they show up in the in-game marketplace. I have been a paying member of Pogo for over 20 years and this has been the biggest customer service failure I have seen. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!Snowbird Solitaire Daily Challenge - NO BADGE
Snowbird Solitaire Bonus Daily Challenge Today, September 27 is the 7th day to finish the daily challenges in Snowbird. I finished them ALL and did NOT receive the Bonus Badge or the Pogi's! Another fine mess Pogo has made. Me wasting my time playing a game every day to get NOTHING!
Glitch at Level 3-23 in Card Scramble: Viola's Diner
All of the clubs, spades, hearts, and diamonds do NOT clear when matched. This restricts many possible 'moves' on the game board. They are stuck there, frozen, and no other matches can clear them. I've cleared my cache, restarted the computer, removed then redownloaded the Pogo app, and tried playing the game from Edge (my preferred browser), Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Has anyone else had this problem? Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. I clicked into the game, and as I was about to click on the Bakery item the game popped up with a 'Buy this now!' thing and took the click for the bakery item. So, a few minutes before midnight this POS game dropped 250 crates, energy units, and maybe crystals on to the game, and took away gems I had no intention of spending. What a sneaky cheat POS thing to do.
