Jigsaw Treasure Hunter
To EA Forum and Community: I've tried all the suggestions that were sent to me back in September and still "Jigsaw Treasure Hunter" still won't work. I wish I could speak to pogo and have them give me this badge. They used to do that way back when, when the games wouldn't work with Internet Explorer and Java was the program that controlled most of those old great games.Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45
A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two. Like the title says, Merge Academy for some reason is no longer loading. When I select the game, it brings up a plain white screen and stays that way. I haven't changed any settings or downloaded any new software or updates. Running Windows 11 and using latest version of Microsoft Edge. This is the only game I have noticed any issues with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.Matching Moments not Loading
I would love to be able to join the fun in the game launch badges for Matching Moments; however, when the beginning story ends the game does not load. The loading bar shows no progress. I have cleared my cache but still nothing. I try everyday but can't get into the game.
Trivial Persuit changed
Trivial Persuit Online has changed. It pauses at 37% each time and then takes way too long to load. When you click on an answer, it turns the border blue and then either green or red. This takes extra time and makes the time to solve it much longer. The display of each screen is kind of jerky and not smooth like it was yesterday. These problems make the game virtually unplayable and useless.Can't play most games
I have been having a hard time getting into any of my games. Solitaire Story, Viola's Diner Card Scramble, Jet Set Solitaire. Every one just hangs while I try to enter. I have cleared my cache, I have restarted my computer, I just can't play them. I can stream TV, so it isn't my internet. I am at my wit's end - I love my Pogo games, but I just can't play them.
