Merge Academy

Question

I'm on the Library Level and completed the first orb, but as of the update the second orb will not activate no matter how many times I click on it It will not show how many crystals are needed to clear the orb or allow me to do anything but continue the gameplay. I have nearly 600 crystals, but I cannot progress to the next orb.

If I click on "Claim Rewards" in the play screen it just locks up the game completely.

In addition, as other people mentioned, the energy will not regenerate unless I leave the game window open constantly.

@JancyDreamerku&nbsp;Hello! I have a few suggestions, and yes, the game has been a bit glitchy lately.Save and Exit the game. Logout of Pogo and clean your cache, cookies and history. Log back in and see if this helped.If this does not work, I would check to see if your Graphics Driver needs to be updated.&nbsp;Check your system for all updates, often when it is trying to update it will stall other programs.Instead of clicking on the Bubble, hit the Play ButtonHopefully one of these steps can correct the issue.Take Care!

Can you tell if this was fixed for you? All I get out of EA and POGO is it was fixed. Not ye t it isn't for me. I tried everything. My spouse can play Merge Academy without issue.&nbsp;
