Can't Join Friend in a game room

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. It's all games. We cannot join each other in any game room, and when using the drop down menu to see friends tables, my friend does not even come up as an option.

If you are trying to use the Join Game button from the friends list when they are online, this is a bit glitchy and normally just leads you to the game itself, not our friend's room or table.

If you can give me and idea of a few games you are looking to play them in, I can give you a step-by-step guide 🤓

Spades Key Factors: 

Ensure that you reach out to your friend to inform them you are ready to play. You can contact them using the Game Chat messenger!

Please Note: If you or a friend chooses Quick Play from the main menu and selects Play Bots, the table will not be visible for others to join. To play with other players, it is advisable to Host a Game or attempt to locate them in Join a Game options.

Upon entering the game select Join Game to see who's playing! 

You will have the opportunity to view all the available tables that are awaiting players to join or create a table by selecting Host a Game. 

From the Host a Game screen you will be able to:

• Customize Table Settings
• Game Settings
• Advanced Settings
• After selecting your preferences, select Play Now to start a table!
• Once a table is created, it will be visible under the Join Game option.

Unfortunately Pogo no longer has a telephone number to speak with someone over the phone, however you can reach out to EA Help directly and open a case and speak to someone, here are the steps > How to Contact EA Support
