Merge Academy - Still has problems since August 30th update

Since the energy problem which started on August 28th, I have noticed several other items with timing problems. New problems started sometime since Sept 5-6th correction

1. The Market Place Free Supplies chest is now at 24 hours instead of 12 hours. Though sometimes it says 12 hours
   BUT the clock does NOT decrease while you are playing. 
   I kept checking it while I was playing, and it was stuck at 11h 57 minutes for well over an hour, left game returned 2hrs later and it was still at 11h 57 min.
   
   
2. Since the latest update - Sept 6-7 I keep losing gnomes between creating the one and the next. 
   The Simple Gnome House lvl5 - lets me click 6 times to get the gnome apprentice before it goes into 29min regeneration.
   That was about normal but NOW I keep losing that gnome when I go to get the next one to merge to the higher level one. 
   I even put that gnome into my closet, saved and left. When I just came back to get the next one, it was gone from my closet!!!   
   this is ridiculous, it was fine before the latest update  
   
   
3. The Adult oak, when it goes into over a 1hour regeneration, the count down in very slow, pretty much so far taking over 2 hours to get to about 8 minutes. 
   The only one that does not seem to go into a long freeze slow regeneration is the Improved Cauldron right now. Most of the others do and have minimum 30-60 minutes 

Anyone else having this problem or notice other weird things since Aug 28th  and now Sept 5-6th Thanks
