Update not working

Try the cleaning all over again.

Check Your Graphics Driver: An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager> Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)

Check for Updates on your device: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance and cause other programs not to perform properly.

Also, if it is not too much trouble. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. This is called "Power Cycling", you can read about it online.

Payment Issues

If for some reason Customer Support claims there are no reports of issues with Merge Academy (which I have heard of lately). Make sure to tell them they can refer to the postings on the Pogo Forums and EA Help Forums for reports and verification of the various issues.

If you have already contacted them, do it again. I once had to do it 3x to get help.

The last suggestion I have regarding payment issues is go to the Pogo Forums and tell your story. Pogo Sconnie is our Community Manager and our voice.
