I have the sme problem worked during the day and net morning nothing. I had bought some energy played awhile and next morning back to zero . Just had my renewel for membership. they are faster doing this then repairing th problem. will we get some credit for not getting gems during the night. Plus did not really need all the new things you gave problem came with that
I always hit the safe button. That has nothing to do with not getting any energy the following day when you log on. It's always show 0 energy. This is day 4 for me. Frustrating. Now I have to wait for them to build before I can play for the day. The photo show what energy I've accumulated since last night. I just logged in a couple of minutes ago.
