You still haven't resolved Solitaire Home Story case #207282276 from March 31
First, quit sending me emails in German!! I do not speak German and everytime I get something now other than from generic canned response from customer service, it's in German from "Vielen Dank". On March 31st I was playing Solataire Home Story and I just purchased gems and immediately purchased a 325 gem Repair Bundle for the game. The screen froze so I had to get close it, when I reopened the game my 325 gems were gone and the Repair Bundle was not received. I keep asking for either the Repair Bundle to be added to my account or give back the 325 gems. It's a ridiculous amount to spend and highly unlikely will purchase anything other again since despite playing Pogo for well over 20 years, and this is the kind of crappy customer service I receive? Seriously EA Sports tech support, have some pride and customer service in your work! I'm still waiting, case # 207282276
