Merge Academy: Not Letting me Claim Rewards

Particularly the fountain. It wants me to alternate between choosing coins and energy, but even then it glitches sometimes.

Mostly I want to choose energy and it pops up with, "Oops, purchase failed, try again!" or "Failure to save game blah."

Another thing is I bought something from the shop and it didn't save it, but took the gold.

Already tried it to claim the rewards on multiple devices and cleared out cache and cookies etc.

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

  • I did everything suggested and still cannot claim the energy needed to play the game.

    p>On Merge Academy I am unable to claim rewards.&nbsp; There is a red question mark there and when I click on it it takes me to the Brewery complete task 2 pop up.&nbsp; When I click on complete, it then shows me the screen with a chest, witches broom and hat.&nbsp; The number 2 is lit up and smoke is coming from it but when I click on the number 2 nothing happens.&nbsp; So I click refresh which takes me back to the same screen telling me to click on the number 2, when I click on the number 2, a pop up comes up again telling me to click play and I have 46/70 before I reach the number 2 bubble.&nbsp; There is also an avatar with a purple scroll, 4 gems, and the green done button.&nbsp; When I click on the done button nothing happens.</p>
    <p>It is all frozen, however I have been able to play the challenges given, they are counting.&nbsp; But I am unable to progress in the game itself.&nbsp; I have cleared all caches and done all the cleaning I can do.&nbsp; My computer is new.&nbsp; This is a Pogo issue for sure and not mu computer.&nbsp; I had my daughter try it on her computer and it does the same thing on hers.&nbsp; Please fix this problem.</p>

  • I can not claim my energy from the garbage can.I see others have reported this.This is a long time problem. You can see that many have been complaining about this for years. Why is this still happening?

  • That doesn’t work. I’ve tried it on my android phone and apple iPad several times.  Still have an extremely frustrating time getting the garbage can looking thing to give me the power ups, lives, whatever it’s called. I never have an issue claiming the gifts in the other areas, only the energy gift from the garbage can. In fact, that’s the only on everyone complains about and they’ve been complaining about it for a very long time. Why hasn’t this issue been fixed? The state of my cache doesn’t make a difference to any of the other gifts awarded, ever.

  • The problem is on there end and they won't fix it. They will tell you that there is no fix or just ignore it. Doesn't matter what you do or send them.  I have had more then one problem  happen but was told it was on my end. Done what they said sent them what they asked and nothing was done. After a bunch of emails sent they told me no fix to the problem.  Then that was it. This game is  buggy but they refuse to fix it. They would rather we pay for a game we can't fully play.

    I'm having the same issue with the garbage can failing every time I try to claim the energy instead of the coins. Is this POGO's way of forcing to buy energy? C'mon, fix the glitch before it takes the pleasure out of playing this game!

    Doesn't matter what browser I'm using, or clearing cache, or anything else. This is a POGO issue, not players. 

  • It's not on your end it's on there end. Been complaining and sending in screen shots for over two months. Never  got any of my problems fixed. Just the same issue over and over. This game is full of bugs and gliches. 

  • Same problem. It is POGO and they refuse to fix the problem. We all should file a class action law suit against them mental anguish and money spent trying to fix our pc's when not our problem.
