Merge Academy Rewards Disappear
How do we submit technical issues? Merge Academy delivers rewards that disappear when you click to play. I had 300 energy points disappear today. I have enjoyed several years in Pogo, but things are changing. Without decent tech support and even gems disappearing, I am considering canceling my 19-year membership and seeking another game platform. Where is the option to get help with these issues?

Thanks so much for reaching out with your report on experiencing this issue. You are not alone. Over the last few days, a number of other community members also took the time to let us know there was something similar happening for them. So we looked into it, and we're happy to share that the issue with collecting energy from the garbage can in Merge Academy has since been resolved. 😄
