Thanks for letting us know this is happening for you, and I’m sorry you’re hitting that white screen issue when trying to load Merge Academy. That shouldn’t be happening.
It’s great that you’ve already tried refreshing the page and switching browsers; those are solid first steps. Since the issue is still showing up after trying those steps, it might help to gather a bit more info to figure out what’s going on. Could you let us know:
- What browser(s) did you try?
- Whether you’re on a PC or a Mac.
- And if it happens every time you launch the game, or just recently?
In the meantime, if you haven’t tried yet, clearing your browser’s cache or using an incognito/private window might be worth a shot to get you back in the game.
