For the past week or so, pogo chat has not been working. I see that several other people are having the same issue. I am an admin in a pogo bowling league, and this chat makes it nearly impossible for the TD's to run the tours. I know that your tech team always gives the same answer when anyone is having problems. "Check this, do that, try this. It is pretty easy for me to see that all our computers did not crash at the same time. it is not just 1 person having this problem, it is numerous people experiencing these chat issues. This chat problem is a pogo problem. Instead of you always telling us to fix our computers, why doesn't the tech staff for pogo fix theirs. You expect us to pay you to play here, so it isn't too much to ask for you to give us games that work.

I have 2 Pogo screennames that run on the same computer in the same browser. Only one of them gets hashtags. The only difference between the two is the hashtag account pays monthly and the one that doesn't get the hashtags pays annually. I cancelled the account that has hashtags. I won't be playing anymore until you fix the problem. You might try eliminating all the hashtag conversions in chat. They were always very annoying.

I did not have the hashtag problem until just now. It just started in the middle of a conversation. I recently renewed my membership, and I want a refund.

chat still not working and it's been over a week, this is ridiculous! I pay for my account so that I can play cards and socialize with my friends at a distance. Card games are boring without being able to even say good luck to your fellow players. FIX IT PLEASE. It is not an update issue, or a computer issue, because my friend can log into their account on my computer and not have the issue at all on their account.
