Sorry to hear you're running into this issue, can you let us know if you're playing on a mobile device or on PC?
If on PC can you let us know what browser you use?
Lastly could you please let us know your Pogo username and if possible grab a screenshot of how the game looks when it fails to load so we can look into this further for you.
