Why am I losing coins and energy in Merge. I've lost over 300 coins and energy. Lots of them!!! I'm getting ready to get out of Pogo and request a refund on part of my subscription.

I cant get any energy, but my husband has over 300......
The team needs to look a little faster or we won't be able to complete the current challenge. 😄 The energy is not regenerating and when you click the urn? to choose between the coins or energy, it says the progress can't be saved. We want to be compensated for all of the energy and coins that we have missed out on. Any word on when this may be fixed?
