I am having the same problem!! It is super annoying when it is a challenge and the game is not working properly. It is hard enough when the game works right. Please fix Merge Academy and give me my energy back!!! I am losing time here.

Going on day 3 for me! PLEASE FIX POGO!Energy only regenerating while on merge items page!

thank you, some of the challenges are hard, and when the games don't work right it makes it even harder. I don't know how to report a problem and it makes it very frustrating. I do wish it was easier to navigate this website.

For the past few days, Merge Academy has removing, or not counting any energy. I just completed a level (all eight tasks) and opened a chest which awarded me 100 energy. After cut scene, I sent to continue playing, and all energy I had was back to zero and the clock was starting from zero. in addition to my missing 100 awarded energy were also gone.
This is beyond frustrating.
Please help.

Would you mind taking a moment to:
- Check for updates on your device
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
- Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router and helps with updates. Additionally check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up!
This often helps with updates and optimizing your device’s performance. Additionally, what browser and device are you using if you are still experiencing problems?

I thought is was only me imagining this problem, yes energy gone especially after going to play the extras at the gate etc. why why why it's been a couple of days already???????

Merge A has had problems for over a week now. Woke to 100 energy, played all but 20 (because yesterday I went to map first, and when I tried to play, all energy was gone) just as a test. Went to map and it wouldn't work, and it took my energy level to 0. Chat suggested skipping the thrash can and getting the rest of the freebies, which worked!!
