I can get all the other claims but the garbage can keeps telling unable to process then it throws me out of the game.

I am having same problem.  i bypass the trash can to collect the other gifts, but cannot collect from trash can.  They should reimburse us in coins when it is fixed!

I’m having the same issue, it’s been over a week now. Just got to the third room, received 100 energy, opened the room and it went down to 45. Anytime I click on the freebies my energy drops. Hope there’s a fix underway!

Enjoyed it while it lasted but the programmers have turned off this golden goose.  I am in Chapter 3.  What I got was an energy reset of up to 330 whenever I wanted so could play continuously.  What I "paid" was the inconvenience of having to scroll through the freebies every 12 hours because of the glitch in the energy/coin garbage can.  I will take that deal anytime.

I am having garbage can issues, too. I tried to buy the early timer for 10 gems. The ten gems were deducted but I never got the bolts. AND now it says that I have to wait 24 hours for the next one? Help!

Today I had no issue. So far So good. I hope we get a credit or something for all the lost energy and coins, mostly coins.
